we have something for you and everyone in between at Clayworks!

  • Looking for a free Clayworks experience in your neighborhood? Check out a Culture Blocks workshop at your local library or recreation center. During a Culture Blocks workshop with Clayworks, one of our talented teaching artists will lead the participants in a hands-on making session using a variety of handbuilding techniques. The projects will travel back to Clayworks to be dried, fired, and glazed. The workshop location will contact you with pickup instructions. Find a session near you.

  • Want to learn to throw on the potter's wheel, raku firing or handbuilding but cannot commit to a multi-week class? Check out a 2-hour weekend workshop to learn wheel basics.

  • Clayworks offers private lessons for beginners and artists of any level. Choose between throwing on the potter’s wheel or creating a project using handbuilding techniques. Work with one of our talented instructors to make clay project that will last a lifetime. Submit your lesson request here.

  • Clayworks offers a range of beginning, intermediate, and advanced classes in wheel and handbuilding techniques, as well as advanced-level classes in sculpture, raku firing, and surface design. See full offerings and find your perfect class here.

  • Embrace your child’s creativity with weekly clay classes! Our 8-week classes run through the school year and have offerings on weekdays and Saturdays. Kids ages 6-10 learn handbuilding skills, while youth ages 11-15 are introduced to the wheel. Find out more here.

  • Does your child want to have some muddy fun on their birthday? Clayworks will help you design a fun-filled, creative experience. Led by an experienced instructor, students ages 6-16 work in clay to create a piece of art. The party is 1.5 hours of hands-on creation time and 30 minutes for cake. Refund Policy:
Clayworks reserves the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment.
Fees are 100% refundable if the class is canceled by Clayworks, 100% refundable up to two weeks (14 days) prior to the start of class, minus a $25 processing fee, if the student cancels. No refunds or tuition credits will be given with less than two weeks’ notice.
