*Community Engagement Programs are group handbuilding workshops lead either at Clayworks, or at our partner’s location. For our off-site programs, the teaching artist brings all of the supplies needed to the partner site and leads the group in a step-by-step, hands-on clay making workshop. The created projects travel back to Clayworks and are then passed along to our Technical Assistant who sees the projects through to to completion and delivery back to the site. One of our big partners is Culture Blocks. If you might be interested in teaching, but are unsure, please register to attend one of the free programs to see what’s it’s all about.
