Support

Over the past 19 years as a non-profit organization, Clayworks has grown into Charlotte’s premier home for ceramic art and artists. With your support, we are now one of the largest ceramic arts educational organization in the country. Over the years, our community impact programs have reached thousands of underserved adults, children, and physically and developmentally challenged persons. More than a thousand individuals take our classes each year. We appreciate the generous support of our donors who allow us to continue fulfilling the vision of Clayworks in the studio and in the community.

Growth Priorities

Clayworks plans to grow intentionally in the coming years as part of its “Double the Impact” campaign, using these guidelines and priorities:

  • Expand our offerings of low-cost and/or no-cost programming to engage a wider population, regardless of their ability to pay.

  • Build community and foster collaboration as a means of increasing our impact. Interactions with others of different backgrounds, interests, and skill levels create learning opportunities and an inclusive respectful environment for all.

  • Continue to manage our growth wisely to preserve our financial stability, ensuring long-term sustainability.

  • Value depth and richness of the Clayworks experience over quantitative growth.

Planned Giving

Contribute to Clayworks' future by planning for a special gift, such as a bequest in your will or a trust.  For more information about how to support Clayworks through planned giving, please call Adrienne Dellinger at 704-344-0795.
