We’ve expanded our offerings for children and their families this year in our new location.

Teacher workday mini camps: Pre-registration required, registration ends Jan. 19

This winter and spring we will offer teacher workday clay camps with our experienced instructors.

January 23, February 20, February 21 & March 30, 2012 

9am – 12pm each day, ages 6-10 yrs., $45 each day (cost includes a snack and all materials)

Clay for You and Me (ages 6 – 10 + one adult): Pre-registration required

This is a one-day workshop for a child and a special adult (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or friend). The pair will create a wonderful clay project together that will be fired and picked up at a later date. Two-hour class includes all materials and firing.

2pm – 4pm each day, children ages 6-10, and adults of all ages, $55 per workshop

Valentines Day session, Mother’s Day session, Father’s Day sessions available:

winter pottery workshops

During this special session, “Pots with a Purpose,” students will make a variety of vessels, such as a cookie jar and salt and pepper shakers.  Don’t miss out on another chance to be creative with clay!  Classes are designed to accommodate beginner and intermediate students.

KIDS POTTERY (ages 5 to 9)

 This ten-week class will introduce students to the wonderful potential of clay. Students will create whimsical, fun, colorful pieces of art to take home at the  end of the course. Each class session will introduce a new technique of creating  and finishing artworks in clay. Class tuition includes all materials. 

                                              
youth pottery (ages 10 to 14)

This more advanced ten-week class invites students to create vibrant, fun, engaging works of art. Each class session will introduce a new technique for creating and finishing clay art. Suitable for both Kids’ Pottery Class graduates and beginners. Students learn more advanced handbuilding techniques and will gain experience on the wheel. Class tuition includes all materials and firing.
